At Mindful Me, we strive to provide high-quality mental health services that meet the needs of our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. Our Refund/Cancellation Policy is designed to accommodate these changes while respecting the time and effort of our therapists.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Counseling and Relationship Counseling Sessions:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur a fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will apply.

Listening Circles:

Due to the group nature of Listening Circles, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:

Refunds are eligible for cancellations made within the specified timeframes (24 hours for Individual Counseling and Relationship Counseling, 48 hours for Listening Circles). Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original method of payment.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior cancellation, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling Policy

​

You may reschedule your session without any additional fee if you provide at least 24 hours' notice for Individual Counseling and Relationship Counseling sessions, and 48 hours' notice for Listening Circles.

Changes to the Refund/Cancellation Policy
